Dioctyl Adipate&©|160;is an excellent cold-resistant plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride, which i***rts excellent low-temperature flexibility to the product, and has certain photostability and water resistance. In the plastisol, the initial viscosity is low and the viscosity stability is good. It is often used as a main plasticizer such as DOP and is used as a packaging film for cold-resistant agricultural films, wires, sheets, artificial leather, outdoor water pipes, and frozen foods. It can also be used as a low-temperature plasticizer for many synthetic rubbers and as a plasticizer for resins such as nitrocellulose and ethyl cellulose.
&©|160;Application 1. As a typical cold-resistant plasticizer, DOA has high speed-increasing efficiency and small heat-discoloration. It is suitable for various resin esters such as polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride copolymer, polystyrene and synthetic rubber.
2. It can give the product a good low temperature softness and light resistance, the product feels better.
3. It is mainly used with DOP, DBP and other main plasticizers for cold-resistant agricultural films, frozen food packaging films, wire and cable coatings, artificial leather, plates, outdoor water pipes, etc.
4. When used for plastisol, the initial viscosity of the paste is low and the viscosity stability is good.
